Your Partner in Practical Growth

Hi, I’m Tessa!

I’m a virtual assistant who loves supporting therapists and mental health professionals. I help things feel more organized, manageable, and a little lighter behind the scenes.

My background is in higher education and operations, where I’ve supported students and clients, managed high-volume communication, and kept things running smoothly. I hold a Master’s in TESOL from the University of Rhode Island and earned my undergraduate degrees in Elementary Education and Sociology from Worcester State University. My background in education has shaped the way I communicate, with empathy, patience, and care.

I’m detail-oriented, comfortable handling sensitive information, and naturally drawn to creating systems that make day-to-day work easier. I’ve also completed HIPAA Awareness Training and Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.

When I’m not working, I enjoy slower, creative things like crocheting, trying new crafts, and spending time outside. I value calm, clarity, and bringing a steady, supportive presence into everything I do.
